The staff at Shahad Al Taif were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. the hotel's location was also great, providing easy access to nearby attractions and the room size was spacious and comfortable.

The rooms were decent and spacious, and they were kept very clean. the customer service at the front desk was responsive and I received excellent service from one particular staff member. the hotel's location was excellent, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. the hotel offered good value for money.

The parking provided was insufficient and the cellular network was poor in some of the rooms. slippers were not provided and there were no Qibla direction stickers inside the rooms.
